In 2024, Amper redefined what it means to empower manufacturers. We kicked off the year by launching Amper FactoryOS: a reimagined MES that is faster and easier to connect than any other system. All the data and tools to track, plan, execute, and improve operations are finally on a single platform.
We also strengthened our product and our community alike in the past year. We launched AI-powered features to pave the way for smarter, more efficient operations. We debuted our MES transformation and new features at IMTS and got the opportunity to connect with an audience of industry innovators.
Looking back on a year of incredible growth has inspired us to supercharge the year ahead. Amper’s mission remains the same: to empower manufacturers and build the factory of the future. But our energy and momentum is higher than ever.

IMTS 2024 was a standout moment for Amper. Manufacturers from all over the world visited our booth to see the new Amper FactoryOS in action. But we also wanted to bring all these manufacturers together after hours to celebrate the industry together.
So, we hosted a manufacturing-themed comedy show at the world-famous Second City. Industry jokes left people laughing and connecting, proving that manufacturing is as much about community as it is about innovation.

Dropping by customer sites is always inspiring and rewarding. The Amper team went all over the country this year, visiting customers in North Carolina, Michigan, Utah, and more.
We had two extra special visits this year.
One was to Schleifring Medical Systems, who hosted us for a day to show off how they use Amper to improve their operations.
From planning shifts to optimizing resources to making data-driven purchases and more, the teams at SMS showed us just how much Amper FactoryOS can transform the way they work.
The second was to Hendrick Motorsports, who named Amper their official MES partner. Together, we’ve demonstrated how FactoryOS can integrate seamlessly into established workflows, delivering measurable results that resonate across the shop floor.
We hope these success stories show every manufacturer what they can achieve with the right tools, the right mindset, and of course, the right collaborator.
