👋 Hi! Akshat here, CEO of Amper.

As a 4th-generation manufacturer, I grew up immersed in the manufacturing world and passionate about the industry. Seeing up close what it takes to manufacture products like plastic films, abrasive wheels, and auto components created a lifelong commitment to being a part of this field.

I also saw the issues around technology accessibility for manufacturers who weren’t the largest enterprises—not to mention the struggle to run operations without the right software tools. Clipboards, Excel, and clunky software were the only realistic option for my family’s manufacturing business.

So, I started Amper with Philip House to change that. Our vision was a world where every factory can unleash its full potential. Since starting Amper, we have scaled the business from just an idea to a real solution that thousands of manufacturers use every day to run operations.

The exponential advancements in technology tools available—from AI to IoT sensors—has enabled our growth and allowed us to build Amper from the ground up. Everything throughout the process has been designed for adoption and maximum impact.

Amper originally started to replace manual data collection with automated real-time data thanks to our patented technology. Now, Amper goes beyond just machine monitoring. It helps manufacturers orchestrate all the key elements on the shop floor, helping them achieve seamless and predictable operations with ease.
